I offer a unique approach to Wellness and Self Development Coaching with support as the essence - a natural consequence of blending my lifelong passion for Health and Wellness with my expertise as an Executive Assistant, and my experience in the Fitness Industry.

Through my blend of Health and Wellness Coaching, self development strategy and organisational expertise, I help clients create space, find clarity, build self confidence and feel strong, so that they can make positive changes to their health and the areas of their lives that matter most to them.

  • With 13+ years of corporate experience as an Executive Assistant, 8+ years working freelance in the Fitness Industry, and 5+ years solo in my 30s, I can certainly relate to the pressures of navigating personal and professional change alone. 

    Being single in your 30s and beyond, whether personally or professionally, can have a huge impact on any individual’s health and wellness, especially if that feeling of singleness is not by choice, or if it comes at a time of significant change, challenge, transition or stress. 

    The coach I have instinctively become is the coach I wish I could have found for myself when I most needed the inspiration, clarity and confidence to build and become the strongest version of myself, inside and out.

    I believe that investing in ourselves by prioritising our health is the most worthwhile investment we can all make both personally and professionally, because the ROI is so limitless. I also know that our health is often the first thing we sacrifice, or which suffers when we feel like we are not quite ourselves any more - something has changed, or something is missing -  and we feel stuck in an unhelpful and unhealthy cycle. 

    My coaching method is designed to support anyone who feels single or solo, and is stuck or struggling in any area of their life - health, career, purpose, passion or a combination of multiple elements.
